Description: Facilities Administrator 
Location: Southampton 
Salary: £17,000 - £19,000. Plus additional benefits including 24 days holiday + bank holidays, pension and access to high street discount vouchers. 
Hours: Monday - Friday 35hrs per week  
You will be working for a highly reputable company, who are one of the leading businesses within their sector. They have won many awards and are a market leader for their products and services. Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking a Facilities Administrator to join their Business Services team. 
Your responsibilities will include: 
Produce monthly purchase order report for the Business Services ManagerProduce weekly team update document for the Business Services ManagerCollectively administer GP&F purchase ordersProvide administration support to the immediate Business Services team and the wider GP&F teams as required 
You will have: 
Minimum 5 GCSE's grade A*- C including Maths and EnglishA proven track record of customer deliveryExcellent administration skillsKnowledge and experience of Facilities Management is an advantageStrong communication skills
