Global PMO Leader
A global Talent Management Consultancy are looking for a Global PMO Leader to lead a group of Program Managers, Project Managers and Project Coordinators on top of providing functional and performance leadership for team members. The Global PMO Leader will ensure strong financial management of projects, and exceptional and reliable service delivery to clients through a laser focus on quality. The role pays up to £65k depending on experience.
This Global PMO Leader role effectively manages PM talent supply and skill mix in a variety of work arrangements, and cultivates a meaningful employee value proposition for PMO team members.
Global PMO Leader duties:
Manage local (and occasionally remote) talent: recruitment, selection, on-boarding, performance management, goal measurement, development, retention and engagementPartner with other Global PMO Leaders to match appropriate PM talent to support client work, plan and develop an appropriate mix of talent to meet current and future business needs, ensure ongoing capability building of Project Management team to deliver new and enhanced offerings and support best practicesDesign processesReport on quality metrics across work streamsCollaboratively build and scope solutionsPromote profitable delivery of client workDeliver on Service Level Agreements;Identify and resolve problems, immediate and systemic, to improve underlying processesPartner seamlessly with Consulting Directors, Resource Managers, Managing Directors, and corporate functions to meet client needs.Lead or contribute to corporate and PMO initiatives as requested
