Description: Our client, a small and well established company based in Ringwood are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team. You will be supporting Senior staff members in the office with all administration duties. This role will involve:Answering telephone and email enquiriesResponding to sales enquiriesUpdating suppliers and customersProcessing quotes and sales ordersOccasionally prepare/package work related products for carriage to customers and/or suppliersGeneral administration
Working within a small team, you must be prepared to get stuck in and get involved with a vast range of duties. This role would suit someone who has a strong background in administration or sales support.
To be considered, you must:
Have previous administration experienceBe a strong communicator both verbally and written Sage 50 knowledge is an advantage but by no means essentialStrong computer skills - Microsoft OfficeBe flexible and adaptable in your approach
