Our client, a bespoke global events and training organisation, driven by energised management, is looking for an Operations and Client Services Administrator to work within the operations and client services team. This is a very hands-on role where a pro-active attitude and warm customer focussed manner are a must. You will be working mainly within the events administration and customer care functions.
The position pays to £20k and the company is based in the vibrant area of Old Street. The job requires working 8.30am - 4.30pm or 9am- 5.00pm.
Event administration for both public and in-company training courses - Taking responsibility for the administration of events with some on-site representation at public events, assisting with delegate registration and liaising with the venue and speakers. The role also entails speaking to customers regarding outstanding invoices.
Event documentation - Liaising with speakers and suppliers to prepare and print event documentation.
Client and customer care - Ensuring that clients and customers are at the heart of all that we do. Maintaining an efficient and high level of service to all customers and clients, taking responsibility for dealing with customer enquiries via phone and email channels. Ensuring that all customer bookings and orders are processed efficiently and in line with established business processes.
The role also includes a small amount of support for the publishing function - Including ensuring that all customer orders are processed efficiently and in line with established business processes. There may also be some involvement with the production of new titles and liaising with agents. - office hours: 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.00am-5.00pm (but may need to be flexible for additional early mornings or slightly later finishes depending on time of year)
