You can expect no two days to be the same when you work in this Customer Service Centre. As a brand leading company, my clients advisors help thousands of customers each week, covering a wide range of enquiries to do with their domestic energy accounts and their aim in every single interaction is to always deliver excellence.
The current Customer Service teams come from a variety of backgrounds, with different levels of experience, so never assume you are not what they need. If you are the sort of person who loves fixing a problem, can be empathetic and genuine with a sense of humour we would be interested to hear from you.
Hours of work are Monday - Fridays, shifts between 8am and 10pm (at least 2 days per week will be later shifts within this range), you will also work 1 in 2 Saturdays from 9am - 5pm, when you work Saturdays you receive a lieu day in the week instead.
Suitable candidates should be able to demonstrate at least 6 months experience in a customer service environment. (Bar, retail, hospitality, face to face, telephone or office customer service is all acceptable).
Pay is £9.52 per hour.
The role is initially for 13 weeks with a start date of 15/01/2018 however it isb likely that this will be extended for longer and potentially be made into a permanent position at the end of the temp period.
Pay is weekly during the temp period.
There is no available parking on-site however for a small daily charge there is parking available very close by. Location is also accessible via public transport links.
