To ensure that a first class customer experience is provided when resolving enquiries. As a Team Leader you will also be a role model for members of the team. You will be supporting enquiries through multiple platforms.

Experience with supervising a teamExceptional customer service experienceGood IT skills, including Word, Excel, CRM and databasesExcellent communicator both written and verbalExperience of quality checkingExperience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email, online chat and social media
