My client, a leading technology company, working with businesses such as WeWork, Deliveroo and Wagamama are looking for a Senior Project Manager with AV and Infrastructure knowledge to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Senior Project Manager is integral to the smooth running and organisation of the Projects team. You will be predominantly office based, ensuring each project is running according to plan, cost and quality and will manage 2 Project Managers.
Manage all day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of all projectsManaging all internal and external communicationCommunicate project objectives to all team members involvedCreating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsBeing the main point of contact for all clientsDevelop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needsManage suppliers, vendors and all other third parties to ensure we hit our targetsReviewing high-level deliverables across all projectsHandling all risk assessment logs and issuesManage the project's specific deliverables to the time, cost and quality requirementsSend out frequent project updates to ensure the team and client are kept updatedCoordination of all drawings, ensuring they are correctManage project risks, issues and dependencies, proposing corrective actions as necessaryPlanning and scheduling all resource including engineers and PMsManage smooth transitions of projects to support teamsAssessing training needs for PMs and engineers, selecting training tools if neededRecognising areas for internal improvement and developing plans for implementationAttend site meetings and travel internationally when needed
Skills and experience
5 years experience as a Project ManagerAV and Infrastructure knowledge is essentialPrince 2 qualified desirableProactive and confident in communicating with senior level clientsMust have the ability to advise on technical direction
