Full Time - 37 hours
The main responsibilities of this role is to help support our new Telephone and Broadband customers with order placement, managing rejections, booking appointments and actively keeping customers updated throughout the onboarding journey via telephone, text and email. You’ll also be expected to take inbound calls from customers that are requesting updates on their orders and take any corrective action to ensure we meet expectations and deliver a smooth transfer.
