Description:
Wild Recruitment is hiring experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for a leading distribution company based in Southampton. This is a temporary ongoing role, working Monday to Friday, with immediate starts available.
Position: HGV Class 2 Driver (Category C)
Location: Southampton
Pay: £16.50 per hour (Umbrella)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, daytime shifts
Type: Temporary ongoing
Deliver palletised food items across the South of England
Load and unload goods safely at each delivery point
Perform daily vehicle checks and maintain cleanliness
Ensure timely and secure delivery of all consignments
Valid Class 2 HGV licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho card
Minimum 6 months’ experience driving Class 2 vehicles
Experience with pallet deliveries, curtain side trucks, and tail lifts
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team
Commitment to excellent customer service
