I have an exciting role working for a vibrant funky company in Milton Keynes as a Customer Support Team Leader. The focus of the role is to motivate a team and be responsible for delivering customer service to a high standard.
You will be supporting a team who are providing 1st line customer support to a large customer base through multiple channels. No two days will be the same, you will face new challenges as you help grow a team.
For this role you need to have experience of managing a team, developing a team to deliver great customer service and have good people skills. Solid IT skills including Excel, Word and CRM databases.
