We’re looking for a Health & Safety Advisor to join a forward-thinking team in a role that’s hands-on, varied, and customer-focused.

What’s on offer?

· Starting salary of £27,500 moving up to £30,000 (DOE) + 10% car allowance

· Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri), remote working with site visits daily.

What you’ll do - Health & Safety Advisor

· Act as the primary Health & Safety expert for customers

· Review and improve processes to ensure compliance

· Support customers with online Safety Management and Training platforms

· Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments (including fire safety)

· Deliver clear reports and practical recommendations

· Manage training needs and provide accident investigation support

What we’re looking for:

· NEBOSH General Certificate – this is essential

· Strong Health & Safety experience, ideally across multiple sites

· Confident communicator who can engage at all levels

· Ability to work independently and travel to customer sites regularly
