Job Title:  Recruitment Resourcer
Salary Package:  £10.50 - £11.50 per hour

Wild Recruitment London has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our expanding Catering & Hospitality team, on an established desk. This role would suit someone who is driven and looking for a career in Recruitment.


The role of Recruitment Resourcer will involve:



  • Building rapport with clients and candidates

  • Resourcing candidates

  • Advertising roles on various job boards and social media sites

  • Following up all leads from interviews/market knowledge

  • Reference Calls

  • Checking in workers at client sites

  • Liaising with workers daily & weekly

  • Updating data accordingly

  • On-call rota

  • Flexibility with hours


Hours of work as a Recruitment Resourcer: Monday to Friday: 8:30m - 5.30pm (flexible when required for business needs) - Working from our Tottenham Court Road office.

To be successful as a Recruitment Resourcer you must be self motivated, driven and ideally from a Hospitality background. No previous experience in Recruitment is required. If you are interested in the role, please apply.
