Are you a proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives on keeping things organised and running smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Administrator.

About the Role:
As an Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. From managing documents and updating records to liaising with clients and internal teams, your contributions will help everything flow like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and filing systems


• Respond to phone calls, emails, and general enquiries


• Schedule meetings and manage calendars


• Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence


• Support other departments with administrative tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent organisational and time-management skills


• Strong verbal and written communication abilities


• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)


• A professional and positive attitude


• Previous administrative experience is an advantage, but not essential
