Wild Recruitment are excited to be supporting our client with a Centre Manager.


Our client provides flexible, modern serviced office solutions tailored to today’s work styles. From private offices and co-working spaces to meeting rooms and virtual office services, they support traditional, hybrid and mobile professionals with dynamic work environments.


We are looking for a proactive and personable Centre Manager to support the General Manager in the smooth day-to-day running our business centre. This includes overseeing reception, co-working and conference facilities while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.


We need a confident, customer-focused individual who thrives in a people-first environment. You’ll be a natural organiser and communicator, capable of managing operations with professionalism and a friendly touch.


This is an onsite working Monday to Friday 8.45am until 5pm, free parking provided based in Central MK. Salary is up to £35,000pa.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Experience in face-to-face customer service

  • Organised, proactive and flexible

  • Financially literate with budgeting experience

  • Confident in managing suppliers and contractors

  • Sales-minded with the ability to upsell services

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team


Key Responsibilities:



  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Negotiate contracts with new and existing clients

  • Ensure the centre is safe, clean and welcoming

  • Oversee facilities management and health & safety compliance

  • Prepare invoices, manage payments and analyse costs

  • Drive sales across all services: offices, co working, meeting rooms and virtual offices

  • Produce sales and financial reports

  • Liaise with brokers and commercial agency, conducts viewing

  • Manage supplier relationships and procurement processes

  • Lead and support the Reception Team, including providing cover when needed

  • Support the General Manager with any additional operational tasks
