I am recruiting for a proven sales professional to join my team as a Recruitment Consultant working on our commercial permanent division, to join our successful award winning Milton Keynes team.


As we move through a already successful quarter 2, I am welcoming conversations with experienced B2B sales professionals or experience within teh recruitment world to join us in Quarter 2 2024.


This is exciting time at Wild Recruitment, and my Milton Keynes team is a fun and supportive environment with huge longevity in the team.

Brief deception of the role:-



  • Managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end for both clients and candidates.

  • Business development to market Wild Recruitment as the recruitment partner of choice in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

  • Supporting candidates with their journey to find their next career step.

  • Meet with clients and candidates to understand their needs to support them with their requirements, face to face and virtually.


What do you need for this role:-



  • Proven B2B sales/recruitment experience

  • Tenacity to search for new opportunities to place your candidates into

  • A team player who enjoys working towards a team effort to support your colleagues

  • Full Uk driving license
