Are you passionate about customer service and ready for the next step in your career? We’re a growing company looking for someone with office and telephone experience to join our Internal Sales team in Milton Keynes.

About the Role:
This is a full-time, office-based role – perfect for someone with experience in a call centre or customer service environment who enjoys speaking with customers and working in a busy team.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with customers by phone and email


• Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up on enquiries


• Give advice on products, prices, and availability


• Build strong relationships with customers


• Help the team meet its goals and grow your own skills

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in an office, call centre, or customer service role


• Good phone manner and communication skills


• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and entering data.
