Communicate with customers via phone and email to promote the company’s products and services.
Prepare accurate quotations, process orders efficiently, and ensure timely follow-up.
Manage customer enquiries with professionalism and persistence, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Advise customers on product availability, specifications, and pricing.
Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Take initiative in personal development and contribute to the team’s overall success.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and confident using data entry systems.
A customer-centric mindset with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
