We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing business in the home improvements and energy sector. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, booking appointments, providing updates and ensuring a smooth customer journey from start to finish.

What you'll be doing:

• Responding to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels


• Booking appointments and coordinating with internal teams


• Providing updates and support throughout the customer journey


• Resolving customer queries and handling feedback professionally


• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service or customer-facing experience


• Excellent communication skills


• Strong organisation and attention to detail


• Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems


• A positive, customer-first approach
