£19834 - £20573 per annum + holidays

My client is a large national company focused in utilities based in the Portsmouth area. This company are leaders in their field maintaining gas supplies to 5.9 million customers.
This is a busy full time position offering 37 hours p/w and you must be flexible with your hours of work . Shifts will be on a 25 week rota, to include 1 week in 5 working 12pm-8pm, other shifts will fall between the hours of 8am-6pm with 1 in 5 Saturdays.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Taking inbound calls from members of the public re new connections, meter moves, gas emergencies and queries regarding gas works in the local area
- Delivering excellent customer service
You will have:
- Call centre experience, having live chat experience as well as handling emails and texts etc
- The desire to do your very best for the customer on each and every occasion
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and understanding the needs of the more vulnerable
- be comfortable using excel

Your starting salary is the equivalent of £19.834 in the first 12 weeks, increasing to £20,573 after this time.
For the first 12 weeks your pro rata holiday allowance will be 20 days plus 8 bank holidays increasing to 25 day plus 8 bank holidays after 12 weeks.
