Role


As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will contributing towards maintaining the company’s reputation for providing a high level of customer service.


Key Responsibilities



  • Process Customer invoices

  • Release orders to warehouse and provide relevant picking instructions

  • Customer Input and follow up

  • Ensuring smooth order to delivery process and customer order handling

  • Administrative duties

  • Overview of stock

  • Answering calls from customers and suppliers



Experience



  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role

  • Good IT skills

  • Organisational, planning and administrative skills

  • Able to work in a fast paced environment

  • Experience in managing multi-channel enquiries, phone, email,
