As a Customer Service Executive you will be providing high quality customer service via email and over the telephone. You will be supporting customers with their queries and be consistent with attending to the customer’s requirements.
You will be building and maintaining strong customer relationships over the phone and be assisting with admin duties as and when required.
You must be confident in dealing with customers over the phone and be proactive with who you are speaking to and going above and beyond to help them. Experience on dealing with outbound and inbound calls is essential.
