Job Responsibilities:

• Learn to advise customers on product compatibility and technical solutions.


• Provide accurate information on pricing, availability, and delivery.


• Help source alternative components to meet deadlines.


• Interpret customer needs and recommend suitable products.


• Develop commercial awareness through pricing negotiations.


• Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients.


• Take ownership of your learning and contribute to team success.


• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.

Ideally you will have:

• A genuine interest in electrical engineering or technical products.


• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.


• A methodical, detail-oriented approach.


• Confidence using Microsoft Office and data entry systems.


• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Previous experience in customer service or technical support is helpful.
