Are you an Engineering Manager looking for a role where your ideas, leadership and technical expertise genuinely make an impact?

We're recruiting for a growing UK manufacturer that designs and delivers bespoke engineered solutions for customers across a range of industrial sectors. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for guiding the engineering function, supporting product development, and ensuring innovative designs can be successfully delivered into production.

Working closely with manufacturing and operational teams, you'll play a key role in driving technical excellence, improving product performance, and leading a team of engineers through a varied portfolio of projects.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing a multi-disciplinary engineering team


• Overseeing the design and development of bespoke engineered products


• Managing engineering priorities across multiple projects


• Ensuring designs are practical, compliant, and ready for manufacture


• Providing technical guidance throughout build, testing and delivery phases


• Collaborating closely with production and project teams


• Identifying opportunities to improve quality, performance and efficiency

What we're looking for

• HVAC / Refrigeration experience is a must


• A background within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments


• Strong understanding of product design and engineering delivery


• The ability to balance technical requirements with commercial and operational priorities


• A proactive approach and a passion for continuous improvement
