Industrial Sales Manager

Field Based / Fareham Office
£50,000 to £70,000, plus company car.

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Sales Manager to join a growing engineering manufacturer specialising in bespoke industrial cooling and heat exchange solutions.

This is a technical sales role focused on building relationships, developing new business opportunities and supporting customers with engineered solutions rather than off the shelf products.

The role

• Develop new and existing industrial customer accounts across the UK


• Identify and win new project opportunities


• Interpret technical requirements and provide solution based proposals


• Prepare technical quotations alongside engineering teams


• Manage key customer relationships and long term accounts


• Attend customer meetings, site visits and industry events


• Support business growth through proactive pipeline development

What we are looking for

• Background in industrial or technical B2B sales


• Understanding of HVAC, refrigeration or capital equipment markets


• Ability to understand engineering drawings and technical concepts


• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills


• Proven success winning project based or specification led business
