Description:

We're looking for two Installation Engineer to join a growing operations team delivering installation and maintenance projects for customers across the UK.

This is a hands-on role combining installation expertise, team support and on-site coordination. Working alongside a Project Safety Manager, you'll help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

The role is ideally suited to an experienced installer looking to take the next step in their career or someone already leading small teams on site who enjoys a varied role with nationwide projects.

Kettering / Market Harborough Based | UK-Wide Projects

• Support the delivery of installation and maintenance projects across the UK.


• Work closely with the Project Safety Manager to coordinate site activities.


• Assist in organising daily tasks and work activities for installation teams.


• Carry out quality inspections and ensure work is completed to company standards.


• Maintain site stock, materials and equipment.


• Ensure all work complies with health and safety procedures and site-specific RAMS.


• Provide practical support, coaching and guidance to installers on site.


• Complete project documentation, site reports and photographic records.


• Build positive customer relationships while representing the business professionally.

• Warehouse fit-outs


• Storage and racking systems


• Industrial installations


• Shopfitting


• Construction projects


• Steelwork installation


• Safety barrier systems


• Mechanical installation environments

You'll ideally have:

• Previous installation experience within a site-based environment.


• Strong awareness of health and safety requirements.


• CSCS Card.


• Full UK driving licence.


• Excellent communication skills.


• A practical, hands-on approach and willingness to travel nationwide.


• Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
