Job Details:

• Work with senior management and clients to scope project requirements, timelines, and costs.


• Support tender creation and produce accurate cost templates.


• Develop and maintain full project plans, schedules, asset tracking, documentation, and customer MI reports.


• Coordinate resources: recruitment, training materials, tools, equipment, logistics, and site communications.


• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements and client standards.


• Act as the central link between internal teams, customers, and leadership.

Candidate Specification

• 3+ years experience in project management within a technical or operational environment.


• Strong planning, organising, and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Protean is advantageous.


• A proactive, results oriented mindset with strong teamwork skills.

This is a hybrid role working from the Milton Keynes office, from home.
