Trainee Account Manager – Marine Sector

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting a portfolio of marine-sector clients and learning how to manage accounts independently.


• Helping customers with queries, product information, and ensuring they’re getting the best service.


• Getting to know the industry – from new technologies to the latest innovations in marine equipment.


• Working closely with the commercial team to prepare quotes, proposals, and ongoing account updates.


• Building long-term relationships and developing your own style of client engagement.

What we’re looking for

• A genuine interest in boats, sailing, or the marine sector – professional experience is a bonus, not essential.


• Someone who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport.


• Strong organisation skills and a proactive, positive approach.


• A willingness to learn and grow into a full Account Manager position.


• Any previous customer-facing or office experience is helpful, but attitude and enthusiasm matter most.
