  Salary: £25,000–£27,000
  Hours: 9am–5pm, Monday–Friday (35 hours)
  Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays

  
  

  Looking to grow your legal career within a busy, friendly Residential Property team? We’re seeking a motivated Legal Assistant with residential conveyancing experience to support fee earners and help keep transactions moving smoothly.

  
  

  What you’ll do

  
  

  
  
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes
  
  
  • Open new files and support the onboarding process
  
  
  • Review registration documents and report to clients and lenders
  
  
  • Update clients, agents and solicitors throughout the transaction
  
  
  • Manage incoming post and general admin
  
  
  • Work closely with fee earners to support day‑to‑day casework

  • Experience in residential conveyancing or a legal setting
  
  
  • Strong organisation, accuracy and communication skills
  
  
  • A proactive, reliable approach and confidence working in a fast‑paced team
