Mechanical Engineer – Entry-Level Opportunity


With Overtime Earnings


Salary: £25,000 + Paid Overtime (Door-to-Door) – Realistic earnings of £31,000+
Location: Field-based with travel to client sites


Are you a hands-on problem solver with experience in manufacturing or construction environments? Looking for a role where your practical skills are valued and rewarded? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing engineering team working on exciting installation and refurbishment projects across the UK.



What you’ll be doing:



  • Supporting the installation of new ventilation systems, including flat-pack builds and refurbishments.

  • Stripping out old systems and fitting upgraded components like fans, motors, coils, and filters.

  • Assisting with internal wiring and speed controller setups (no mains power work required).

  • Travelling to client sites with paid door-to-door hours – meaning your time is valued.

  • Working closely with experienced engineers and learning on the job.



What we’re looking for:



  • Practical experience in a manufacturing or construction setting.

  • Comfortable using hand tools and working in physically active roles.

  • A full UK driving licence.

  • Willingness to travel, work flexible hours, and occasionally stay overnight.
