We're Hiring: Membership Team Leader


Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid)


Salary: £30,000 per annum


Hours: 35 hours per week – would need to be available between the hours of 7am until 7pm


Closing Date: 20th June 2025


Contract Type: Permanent


Are you an experienced call centre team leader with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Membership Team Leader to join a dynamic and supportive team in Milton Keynes.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team to meet performance targets and deliver outstanding service.

  • Handle escalated complaints and provide first-line support to team members.

  • Maintain high quality standards across all communication channels.

  • Manage team schedules and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Deliver training and support to ensure the team meets customer needs effectively.


Ideal Candidate:



  • Proven experience in a call centre or contact centre leadership role.

  • Strong background in customer service and complaint resolution.

  • Confident using IT systems including Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Skilled in team development and performance management.
