Operations Coordinator

Are you organised, proactive and enjoy making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for an Operations Coordinater to join a busy operations team, playing a key role in coordinating deliveries, managing logistics and ensuring customers receive an excellent service.

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating production and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements.


• Managing transport bookings and working closely with logistics partners.


• Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep operations running smoothly.


• Resolving delivery issues and ensuring accurate operational records are maintained.


• Supporting planning, inventory management and continuous improvement activities.

What we're looking for

• Experience in a fast paced administrative, logistics, planning or manufacturing environment.


• Strong organisation and communication skills.


• A proactive approach with excellent problem solving ability.


• Confidence managing multiple priorities and working to deadlines.


• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
