Description:

We’re looking for a Central Operations Executive to provide high‑quality operational and administrative support within a busy central operations function.


This role will involve coordinating projects, managing key processes and supporting senior stakeholders, with a strong focus on contractor engagement and IR35 assessments, contract administration and compliance.


Based in Milton Keynes, this maternity cover position suits someone who is highly organised, detail‑driven and confident working with regulatory frameworks.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing contractor requests and running IR35 assessments using specialist software

  • Liaising with hiring managers, agencies, contractors and tax specialists

  • Overseeing contracts databases, data integrity and user management

  • Supporting investigations into misuse of professional designations

  • Coordinating legal and contract review processes

  • Raising purchase orders, tracking invoicing and supporting budgets

  • Organising meetings, training and team events

  • Providing wider project and operational support as required


About you:



  • Proven experience in an operations or administrative role

  • Essential: strong working knowledge of IR35

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder‑management skills

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and Microsoft applications

  • An investigative mindset with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach


This is a hybrid role, with two days in the office and three days working from home.
