Private Client Paralegal
Monday to Friday
£30,000 - £40,000
Wild Recruitment are pleased to be supporting a well established Law Firm in their search for a diligent and empathetic Private Client Paralegal to support their busy team in delivering high-quality legal services across wills, probate, estate administration, and lasting powers of attorney. This role suits someone with strong organisational skills, a client-focused approach, and a genuine interest in helping individuals navigate sensitive legal matters.
Assist fee earners with the preparation of wills, LPAs, and probate applications
Draft legal documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Liaise with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and third parties professionally and compassionately
Manage case files and maintain accurate records using legal case management systems
Conduct legal research and assist with estate planning matters
Support with inheritance tax forms and HMRC submissions
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with relevant procedures and regulations
Attend client meetings and take instructions where appropriate
Previous experience in a private client or legal support role (essential)
Understanding of wills, probate, and estate administration processes (essential)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files
Proficient in MS Office and legal case management software
Professional, empathetic, and discreet approach to client care
Law degree or legal qualification (e.g. LPC, CILEx)
