About the Role:
As Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and colleagues alike. From managing calls and emails to ensuring the front-of-house runs smoothly, you'll play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient workplace.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and assist visitors in a warm and professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and correspondence

  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms

  • Provide administrative support to various departments


What We’re Looking For:



  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

  • Positive attitude and a polished, professional appearance

  • Previous front-desk or administrative experience preferred but not essential
