We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to join our Milton Keynes based client.
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract Type: Full-Time | Temporary, with the possibility of permanent after 3 months
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30 to 5.00pm with 45 mins unpaid lunch break
Friday 8.30 to 4.00pm with 60 mins unpaid lunch
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales department, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. The role is office based.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and manage order delivery and tracking
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to coordinate lead-time and shipping schedules
Assist the sales team with administrative support, to include stock-takes, processing sales, and provide information support.

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
A proactive and team-oriented approach
