Sales Coordinator / Proposal Coordinator


We’re looking for someone with experience in coordination or sales support to take on a key role within a busy marine-focused business. As a Sales Coordinator / Proposal Coordinator you’ll work across departments to help manage bids, support the sales process, and respond to customer needs—particularly in the defence and commercial sectors.


This is a varied, practical role where you’ll be balancing admin, communication, and coordination. If you’re organised, confident with systems, and comfortable working with both internal teams and external contacts, this could be a great next step.


What We’re Looking For - Sales Coordinator / Proposal Coordinator:



  • Experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar admin-heavy role.

  • Comfortable working across departments and juggling multiple priorities.

  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to getting things done.

  • Experience with tender processes or document preparation is helpful, but not essential.

  • Confident using internal systems and keeping organised records.


What You’ll Be Doing:



  • Preparing and submitting tender bids, tracking their progress, and keeping clear records.

  • Reviewing public portals to identify relevant tender opportunities and sharing with the team.

  • Coordinating between sales, technical, and logistics departments to gather accurate information for bids and quotes.

  • Processing sales orders and quotations using internal systems, following up to help improve conversion.

  • Responding to customer enquiries—pricing, product information, warranty support—and providing clear, friendly communication.

  • Supporting general office tasks and occasionally helping cover reception when needed.
