Wild Recruitment are supporting a unique business in their search for a Shipping Coordinator to join their small team. They are looking for a Shipping or Logistics expert with a keen eye for detail, you will ensure the seamless movement of goods from start to finish. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Manage and track shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and cost efficiency

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to streamline logistics

  
  


• 
  

  Handle shipping documentation, including customs and compliance paperwork

  
  


• 
  

  Resolve shipping delays, discrepancies, and operational challenges

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate inventory records and shipping schedules

  
  

Ideally you will have:

• Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal teams


• Knowledge of shipping regulations and customs clearance
