This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising installation teams on customer sites across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and to the highest quality standards while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The position involves regular travel and working away from home, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied working environment and leading teams on-site.

Location: UK Wide Travel Required - You will need to be based in Kettering or Market Harborough

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate installation teams on customer sites.


• Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on individual skills and experience.


• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with RAMS and company procedures.


• Carry out site safety inspections and ensure appropriate PPE is always used.


• Monitor project progress and support the delivery of projects within agreed timescales.


• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are maintained.


• Provide on-site coaching, support and guidance to installers.


• Manage site materials, stock levels and equipment.


• Complete project documentation, site reports and handover information using company systems.


• Maintain excellent communication with customers, subcontractors and internal teams.


• Escalate any site issues, safety concerns or customer feedback as required.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading installation, construction or industrial site teams.


• Strong understanding of health and safety procedures, risk assessments and method statements.


• Experience working within warehouse, industrial or construction environments.


• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.


• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines.


• Full UK Driving Licence.


• CSCS Card.


• CITB Health & Safety Awareness qualification.
