Description:



We’re recruiting for a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Manager to lead a busy distribution hub based in Milton Keynes, combining team leadership with specialist responsibility for global logistics and systems.


The Role



  • Manage end-to-end international shipping, including complex exports

  • Oversee warehouse operations, stock control, and high-value inventory

  • Lead and develop a small warehouse team

  • Take ownership of SAP/WMS systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation


Essential Experience



  • Proven warehouse management experience with a strong logistics focus

  • Solid knowledge of international shipping and import/export procedures

  • Hands-on experience with SAP (or similar ERP/WMS systems)

  • Experience managing or supervising staff

  • Strong attention to detail, especially with compliance and documentation

  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Confident communicator and team leader

  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-value environment
