Warehouse Operative – Southampton

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm Contract: Full‑time Location: Southampton

We are recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team based in Southampton. This is a hands‑on role involving warehouse duties, stock handling and occasional support with deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• General warehouse duties including picking, packing and stock movement


• Assisting with deliveries when required


• Safely lifting and moving heavy items


• Operating a forklift (experience beneficial but not essential)


• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential for delivery support)


• Forklift experience beneficial (training may be available)


• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting


• Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently


• Good communication and teamwork skills
