    I met Sian a little over 3 months ago and I think I’m right in saying we hit it off immediately. I’d been out of the workplace for a couple of years but felt it was time to get “back out there” and secure a position.
    I put the feelers out via Indeed and Linkedin. Sian contacted me almost immediately and said she might have a suitable role for me.
    I was worried about the length of time I’d had out of the workplace; times move on and so do software packages and the way offices are run. However, Sian put me at ease straight away. I did the usual tests and passed them all. Phew! Within a day Sian had secured me an interview at a company in Fareham, and the next day I had a Teams Meeting interview with the Marketing Director.. The same day I was asked to attend their offices to meet in person along with the Sales Director.. It went well, and we all got along nicely. Within 24 hours I was asked to come back in and meet the team. Apparently just a formality, I’d secured the role!!
    Sian was absolutely brilliant all the way through the process. She was very, VERY, patient with me. I was nervous and couldn’t believe I’d secured a role so quickly. Sian kept me informed about progress all the way through the process and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, and, in fact, I have.
