A fantastic opportunity has arisen at Wild Recruitment for an Account Manager with proven recruitment experience to join our award winning team in central Portsmouth.

As an Account Manager at Wild Recruitment your role will be varied, fast paced, and challenging.

You will be an expert and advisor to your client and candidates in the market, attending regular review meetings and ensuring achievement of SLA’s. You will be happy spending a considerable amount of time at client site and representing Wild Recruitment.

You will enjoy developing and deepening your relationship with your client, always looking for service improvements and identifying issues before they arise. On offer is an excellent basic salary with the opportunity to earn outstanding commission/bonus and incentives.

Wild Recruitment has a training academy where we offer training programmes (a mix of in branch, classroom and webinars) tailored to each consultant to ensure all our consultants grow and flourish in a supported environment.
