The Role:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Operations Manager to lead our Milton Keynes office. This is a unique opportunity to manage an established and passionate team who are dedicated to Wild Recruitment and eager for success. With our plans for growth in Milton Keynes, we need someone who is sales-driven and excels in delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and develop the Milton Keynes team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Implement and manage new technology and systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, in line with our values and culture.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic growth and success of the Wild Recruitment brand.
